Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice (preferably cold)
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ cup mixed veggies (carrots, peas, corn)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Tips
- Cold rice works best—it won’t get mushy.
- Don’t overcrowd the pan for even cooking.
- Add leftover meat for extra flavor!
Cooking instructions
- Heat oil in a pan, then scramble the eggs. Set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add veggies and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Add rice and mix well.
- Pour in soy sauce, add eggs back, and stir everything together.
